As member of the board of directors of the Office for Economic Affairs and Innovation (SPEI), Raphaël Conz is responsible for the economic development policy of the State of Vaud in regards with the financial and tax incentives dedicated to Vaud-based start-up, SMEs and international companies. Raphaël Conz is also responsible for strategic projects with respect to the innovation, entrepreneurship, technology parks and investment policies. Previously, he held different positions in the field of economic development as well as in the private sector. Raphaël Conz is currently also member of different boards of directors of associations and foundations supporting SMEs and start-up (Innovaud, FIT, BioAlps, Y-Parc, Cautionnement romand, platinn, Think Sport, Genilem).
